North Carolina is transitioning from PowerSchool to Infinite Campus as the Student Information System. Vance Charter will make this transition in July. We are in the training phase and will share more information with our families throughout the month of July. Infinite Campus will still have a parent and student portal and this information will be communicated to you in July. The parent portal allows parents to monitor attendance, grades, and other information in regard to your child’s education.

As many of you have probably seen around campus, Giving Tuesday is quickly approaching. Giving Tuesday is recognized as a national day of giving. It's a day to encourage people to give back to their communities and what better way to give back than to make a donation to Vance Charter School Foundation.
Your donation on Giving Tuesday goes directly to the VCS Foundation. Our mission is to procure property, buildings, etc for the Vance Charter School through financial arrangements with private banks and the USDA and as such ensures debt service is managed responsibly. All USDA annual reports and contractual requirements are fulfilled by the VCS Foundation. The Vance Charter Foundation provides additional funding to assist and facilitate capital improvement projects on our campus. The Foundation serves a vital role in bringing awareness to VCS in our community and supports future initiatives from administration and the Vance Charter School Board of Directors.
