No person may operate a motor vehicle on any property owned, leased, operated, or utilized by Vance Charter School unless they hold a valid driver’s license.

Operation of a motor vehicle by a person holding a Level 1 Limited Learner’s Permit, pursuant to N. C. Gen. Stat. §20-11 (b) on any property owned, leased, operated, or utilized by Vance Charter School is prohibited.

No Level 2 Limited Provisional License holder may operate a motor vehicle on any property owned, leased, operated, or utilized by Vance Charter School before the hour of 5:00 AM nor after the hour of 9:00 PM, pursuant to N. C. Gen Stat. §20-11 (e)(2)(a).
