BEFORE and AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
Applications are available in the office for children’s enrollment in the Vance Charter Before and After School Care Program. Charges for Before School run $10 per week and $3 for drop-ins. Charges for After School run $30 per week and $7.50 for drop-ins. Both child-care programs are supervised by qualified staff members and volunteers with a once-yearly $10 registration fee required for either weekly or drop-in status. If your child must be dropped off before 7:50 AM or picked up after 3:00 PM, he/she needs to be a part of this care system. If a student not enrolled arrives before 7:50 AM, he/she will automatically be placed in the Before School Program and you will be billed the appropriate amount. As well, any child left at school after 3:00 will be sent to the paid After School Program. Please remember that this is necessary to ensure your child’s safety and well-being, as staff members are taking care of their other responsibilities during these before and after school hours.
