MINUTES FROM SPECIAL CALLED MEETING

1/11/10

 

The Board of Directors of Vance Charter School held a Special Called Meeting on January 11th 2010 and the following members were present and constituted a quorum:

 

Jill Pike, Chairperson                                        Gina Harris

Janet Gruchacz, Vice Chairperson                     Mike Johnson

Pat Olmert, Treasurer                                       Harrison Ford  

Jay Andrews, Secretary                                    Clem Seifert    

Cydne Sharpe                                                  Karen Bobbitt

Susan Johnson, Faculty Representative              Bill Satterwhite

 

The meeting was called to order at 7:01p.m. by Jill Pike.

Cydne Sharpe made a motion to go into closed session including the principal search committee, to discuss said search and potential contract negotiations. Harrison Ford seconded.

Later, Mike Johnson made a motion to come out of closed session. Gina Harris seconded.

With nothing to report, Mike made a motion to adjourn. Pat Olmert seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 9:20p.m.
